How is Restoration Coaching different from traditional talk therapy?
While therapy is invaluable for understanding your "why," many of my clients find that they can intellectually understand their past but still feel "stuck" in the same bodily reactions. As a Trauma-Informed Restoration Coach, I work outside the clinical system. We don’t just talk about the stress; we use somatic breathwork, bilateral stimulation, and energy healing to physically release it from your nervous system. We move beyond insight into integration.
